Ever since this new update I can no longer rate my music with stars. Does anyone know how I use this all throughout day to organize my music an smart playlist very frustrating.

You can use Siri, e.g. "Rate this song 5 stars".
Use iPhone feedback to tell Apple you'd like a more convenient method.

Thanks for info but its very inefficient to ask Siri for every song especially since the song playing gets paused.
Quite. I suppose another workaround would be to create a few playlists such as Rate Me 5 Stars, add songs to one of the lists on your device as you go, then rate them properly back in iTunes once you've synced the playlists. Again, not terribly efficient.
